Built To Break Down Anything In Your Kitchen, And Stay Sharp Doing It
We designed the ANTLER Knife for cooks who are done pressing harder on a knife that should be cutting for them. Most “premium” knives online are single-layer stainless that dulls in weeks, or Damascus-look blades that are just a laser-etched pattern on cheap steel.
The ANTLER isn't either. Its blade starts as 9 raw layers of 1080 and 15N20 high-carbon steel, then gets heated and hand hammered until it's 288 layers deep. That's why the wave pattern on your blade will never exist on another knife. Full tang construction carries that steel all the way through the handle for weight and balance you feel on the first cut, whether you're breaking down a chicken or splitting through bone.
The handle is shaped for a secure, all-day grip, and every ANTLER Knife ships with a complimentary hand-stitched leather sheath, with no upcharge, unlike most competitors.

Real Damascus, Not A Print
9 raw layers of high-carbon steel, hand-folded into 288. No two blades are ever the same. That's the actual proof, not a claim.
Naturally Shed Deer Antler Handle
Each year, deer naturally shed their antlers, allowing new ones to grow. We carefully select these naturally shed antlers to craft each handle, creating a one-of-a-kind piece that brings timeless beauty and premium craftsmanship to your kitchen.
Balanced For Real Work
Weighted for effortless chopping through dense vegetables, meat, and bone. Less strain on your wrist, more control in every cut.

Real Forging, Not A Shortcut
A laser-etched “Damascus” pattern takes seconds to apply to a finished blade. Ours takes multiple heating, hammering, and folding passes by hand before the blade is even ground and sharpened.
Why This Costs $24.99 Instead Of $300+
We own the factory. Third-generation blacksmiths forge every ANTLER knife in-house. That's the entire reason real 288-layer Damascus ships at this price instead of what import brands charge.
Edge That Lasts, Not Just Looks
High-carbon steel holds an edge dramatically longer than the stainless in a $15 to $20 knife. Light hand-wash and a drop of oil is the only trade-off for that performance.
When Tradition Meets Modern Design

Techniques Passed On Through Three Generations
Three generations ago, our family started forging blades for knife brands across the US and Europe. In 2018 we put our own name on the knife instead of someone else's. The ANTLER Knife is built with the same hand-forging process we used long before we sold a single knife under our own label.

In Love With The Craft, Not Just The Utility
The ANTLER wasn't built to be “a Knife.” It was built for people who notice the difference between a knife that was assembled on a line and one that passed through 11 pairs of hands before it shipped. Collectors and cooks alike notice it.

Sharp Or Sturdy? This Knife Doesn't Make You Choose
Some blades are sharp but fragile, prone to chipping and rust the moment you look away. The Antler Knife is both sharp and sturdy. High-carbon hand-forged steel and full tang construction mean it takes the heavy work a knife is actually built for.
