SHIPPING
Business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered shipping days.
Shipping Time
Within the United States:
Orders are shipped via express shipping and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Depending on the destination ZIP code, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
International Orders:
Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that all FH Knives products are handcrafted. In some cases, additional production or restocking time may be required before shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on your shipping address and selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to the following destinations:
Afghanistan, Ascension Island, Brazil, Chatham Islands, China, Curaçao, Egypt, French Polynesia, Gauteng, Guam, Hong Kong SAR, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Palau, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Tristan da Cunha, United Kingdom, U.S. Virgin Islands, Western Sahara, and Yemen.
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for orders older than 30 days.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The package should not be damaged.
- Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.
Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Before returning any item, please contact us and provide photos of the product for documentation purposes.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund where applicable.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within several business days.
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as refunds often require additional processing time.

Personalized & Engraved Products
Refunds are not available for engraved or personalized items.
If your engraved item arrives damaged, defective, rusty, dull, or otherwise faulty, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos of the product. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement.

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

The time required for your exchanged item to reach you depends on your location.
Personalized & Engraved Products
Exchanges are not available for engraved or personalized items unless the product arrives damaged or defective (including rust, dullness, or manufacturing defects). Please contact us immediately after delivery and provide photos so we can review your claim.
